First Things First advocates for children 0-5 and educates new parents in Arizona. We helped them better understand millennial moms and dads to strengthen their outreach efforts.
Wide-ranging research included analysis of available consumer, academic and government studies on the demographics and attitudes of parents of young children, as well as their digital habits and information needs.
We conducted a wide-ranging quantitative survey of Arizona parents of young children to get state-specific data. We also surveyed employees that work with parents to develop a holistic view of the issues parent of young children face.
We developed recommendations for First Things First’s future communication efforts and digital presence after doing a detailed audit of the agency’s content, including analysis of web presence, social media, and offline materials.
In addition to research, we presented a holistic strategy to engage with Arizona parents through a multi-faceted content marketing and lead generation program.
